Hyde Park Boutique Hotel was truly a one of a kind, unique gem in central London. It was my first time staying and the hotel was a short walk from both Bayswater & Queensway tube stations. Plenty of food places nearby too. What struck the best were the first impressions - a very clean hotel, very hospital and the staff were second to none. I asked for a quiet room and were given the basement level - forget what you know about basements, I stayed in a room that never felt like being in a 'basement', was super comfortable, quiet and the bed was to my liking! The staff were also willing to keep luggage after I checked out, and this was such a kind gesture. One of the most comfortable stays I've had in London - will definitely stay again! You should stay here too!

The staff were all lovely. On arrival the lady at reception was a breath of fresh air (despite having had what sounded like a very challenging day!). We had booked a twin room for economic reasons, but due to a leak we we were given separate single rooms instead and we were really pleased to have our own space at night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and housekeeping quietly changed my bed without fuss while I was out after I'd had a wee spill. The shower was clean and free of mould too, which is unusual these days. The bed was very comfy too and I had a great night sleep. There are lots of shops and restaurants in reasonable walking distance too

Great location, great service from both night and dayshift managers. Very helpful, our luggage was delayed from airline and the staff placed all our luggage in our room when it was delivered to the Hotel. We used hop on off bus service to get around London and that stop is 3 minute walk. The under ground is close like 4-5 minute walk as well as Paddington station up the road. We will stay again when we return. The shower had excellent water pressure. The beds were comfy enough. Really quiet and safe neighbourhood that offered a cool pub and a few places to eat and to buy fresh food etc. Top service and friendly

The location was great, not far from the tube. The hotel was only a five minute walk from the tube and shops and Hyde Park. Staff on the reception desk was very helpful and always had a smile. The hotel smelt clean and fresh as soon as you walked through the doors. The room was small but had everything we wanted very clean. The towels were changed every day, and the tea tray was kept topped up. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed. It was kept clean and had shampoo, body wash, and soap if you needed it. We would stay again and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Location locations and location. Walkable from Paddington which is directly accessible via Elizabeth line. It’s also closer (walkable) to 2 other tube stations- queensway and bayswater. Rooms were very clean and daily housecleaning was a surprise. Reception is 24 hrs available. Few other points neg negative per se- rooms are smaller and could be a surprise for first time Europe travelers. You get one room key card, if you loose you have to pay 5 £. There is no microwave or any other gadgets (except kettle) so plan accordingly.
